Walking out of Pallet Town CLOSED

Lowell exits the small town and enters the grassy field outside of it. He releases Squirtle from his Pokeball, letting the Pokemon get some fresh air. They stop at a small pond, which Squirtle relaxes in, while Lowell sits down under a nearby tree, keeping a sharp eye out for any Pokemon.

As you sit and watch your pokemon, your eyes slowly drag to a small Poliwag drifting a few feet away. Not seeing you.

Omigosh! A Poliwag! Man, they used to be my favorite Pokemon when I was younger.... Lowell's thoughts race through his head. He quietly prepares a Pokeball, while motioning to Squirtle to use Headbutt on it.

(Quick question: Squirtle's moves are Water Gun, Headbutt, and Tail Whip, right?)

OCC: Its withdraw not tailwhip. I don't belive in the defense, attack, ex. thing. Attacks are attacks here like in the T.V show.

Squirtle gets the signal. Hitting the pokemon dead on. The poliwag is bashed hard onto land. Rolling back onto its feet its now ready to fight.

"Hey Poliwag, just in case you don't feel like fighting, you can let me capture you now..." Lowell chuckles a bit. "Squirtle, use Headbutt again, from the side!"

The attack hits again. This time it does alot more damage. The Poliwag hits against a tree. Slowly getting up. Now would be the time to catch it.

"Go Pokeball!" Lowell shouts victoriously, throwing the Pokeball directly at the Poliwag. Lowell's face is a mixture of happiness and anticipation.

The pokeball hits. The ball rocks back and forth till finally it stops. You have caught Poliwag, it is Lv. 5, it knows tackle, watergun, and bubble beam.

"Alright! Nice work, Squirtle!" Lowell shouts, patting Squirtle on the head. "I guess we should keep moving towards Pewter City now, so...Let's go!" Lowell heads off in that direction, with Squirtle following close behind.

About halfway between Pallet Town and Pewter City, Lowell stops for a lunch break. He gives Squirtle and Poliwag a berry each, and then eats his sandwich that he had prepared. The terrain here is a bit more rocky; Makes sense, since Pewter is the Rock Gym's city. Lowell thought.

After your break, you arrive at the city. Finding it just as you thought. POST CLOSED
