Training for levels

I walked up and saw that this looked like a perfect area for training.

Amaya: Hmph. i guess we should train here. Whatcha think, Ralts? Budew?
Ralts: Ralts!! Ral ral! (translation: sure, why not)
Budew: Bud! (translation: okay! Sure let's get to it!)

We step into the clearing and I look around and observe my surroundings.

Amaya: Deflect these.

I throw two frisbees into the air, one at Ralts, one at Budew.

::As the frisbees are thrown out into the air the Ralts and Budew both try their best in deflecting them away from themselves as the ralts does succesfully for it is more experienced. Yet the Budew is having yet some trouble in trying to deflect its frisbee as it tries adn tries until finally it is succesful thanks to minor help frim the ralts. As the two of them stay put there to see what would be next...::

Amaya: Nice job Ralts. Budew, you are doing great, just try harder this time. Now, let's try this: both of you hit that rock as hard as you can. Now, I know you don't know tackle, but still hit it any way you can.

::Both tried their best as Budew was able to hit it first for ralts was having a little trouble with the task at hand and Budew was having trouble of holding back for the ralts had helped him with a task and was wondering if it should repay the favor or not?::

Amaya: Budew, go and help Ralts the best you can. Ralts, your doing great. Budew is gonna help you, though.

Budew: Bud! Budew! Dew! (translation: Ralts, we can both do it together!)

Ralts and Budew hurl themselves at the rock and...

::Your both successful at hiting the rock as it crumbles. the Budew and Ralts are both happy that they where able to do it together as they look at their master to see what else was in store forthem...::

Amaya: Nice job, guys. Okay, now, let's ry a combo attack. Ralts, use Confusion, Budew, suck the energy out of it with Absorb!

OOC: can I do that? Just curious, lolz if not, I'll change it.

ooc: yeah its alright!

IC:
::As the duo are able to do what they where told to do they both used attacks on the object at hand hoping to succed at it as they both do at the same time as the confusion makes one a bit woosy the other makes it a little weaker...::

Amaya: Nice try, guys. So, now try to hit these frisbees again.

She threw them, two at either pokemon, hoping that they would get this right. Either way, she would still love them for being awesome.

::This was keeping the two on their feet as thistime there wasn't just one for each, but two and so this would be a little difficult for them as the frisbees are flung into the air they both go after them even though they don't have much in a offensive point, yet they try their best indeed as they use whatever means they can to deflect the frisbees which giving them a little time finally they are able to dodge and attack the frisbees making both of them gain yet another level up the evolutionary chain!::

Amaya: Nice job, you two. I'm impressed!

She realized it had been getting dark. She looked at the sky and saw that the sun had started to set. She looked at her pokemon with a determined expression.

Ralts: Ral? (translation: what's going on?)

Budew and Ralts both were confused.

Amaya: Wanna find a cave and camp out for the night? We can train or battle somebody tomorrow if you guys feel up to the challenge.

Amaya smirked.

Amaya: I'm going to go looking for berries. Ralts, you feel like searching for somewhere to sleep tonight with Budew? I'll be back in ten. Call if there's any trouble, alright?

Ralts and Budew suddenly got excited, with the thrill of being trusted to find somewhere to sleep as Amaya went to get berries. She came back with six oran berries. She came back and found her pokemon about a half a mile away in a cave. She gave each of them a berry and then took one for herself. They had soon drifted off into wordless, dreamless sleep.

::The three of you enjoy the silence as you eat the berries in peace and drift into sleep... Night finally fell and the sounds of the night came to life, but that didn't disturb your sleep no you slept straight until the sun was coming into the cave for it had been morning for quite some time ago. As you finally awake cause of the sun getting into your eyes...::

Amaya awoke to Ralts and Budew nudging her, their way of saying 'wake up'.

Amaya: ALright, I'm up. What do you guys want to do today?
Ralts: Ralts! Ral ral! (translation: Train some more!)
Budew: Bud! (translation: I agree!)

Amaya hands them each a berry and then takes the last one for herself. She streches and walks out of the cave. She sees a log or two, a rock, some bushes, and a clearing in the middle of a ring of trees. Also, there is a pond nearby.

Amaya: Okay, let's get to work.

They all three walk to the edge of the pond. Across on the other side is a dropped pokeball (OOC: is that alright to? If not than I'll edit it, also I'm going to give my Pokemon nicknames after their training, if that's alright ).

Amaya: Ralts, Budew, how do you two feel about a swimming contest?

Ralts, having a competitive nature atomatically gets excited, while Budew looks a little nervous. Amaya kneels over Budew and pats her on the top of the head.

Amaya: You can do it, I know you can.

Amaya smiled and Budew got a new burst of energy that told her she could do anything she wanted.

Amaya: Alright, whoever wins out of the three of us gets to hold that Pokeball. Ready, set, GO!!

They dash towards the river and...

::You, ralts, adn Budew all dive into the water now ready for the contest to begin first you drop in making a splash, then Budew making a smaller one and finaly Ralts making a splash its own. AS you all start swimming your best as it starts with you in first Ralts in second and budew in last as it changes up and becomes ralts first you second and budew still in the rear. Finally it becomes budew you and ralts bringing up the rear. Finally you reach the end and ralts was able to get from the rear of the pack to the front and you still intsecond and budew finishing last as it found out that it had done its best and was alright with being the last one there as Rals held the pokeball which was the prize for the winner.::

ooc: its quite alright and it depends on what your planning to do with it!

OOC: Well, I was just planning to let Ralts hold it like Pokemon do in the games until I found a nice Pokemon to catch thanks a lot

As they climbed out of the water on the other side, Amaya looked arond and saw some trees and a few rocks.

Amaya: Nice job you two! That was awesome. Ralts, you get to keep that Pokeball until we come across a Pokemon that you think we shold catch. Now, hmmm... I think that we all deserve a rest.

She sees a berry bush and picks some berries, enough for a potion to help them feel better, for Budew looked pretty tired. Also, so did Ralts, though he had had more practice with that. She mashed the berries up and mixed them together, making a potion. She handed it to Budew and she made another for Ralts. Ralts smiled happily as he drank his down. Budew looked at it and slowly took a sip. She didn't think it was that bad so she drank it all up.

Amaya: So, I think that we should wait for a Pokemon that we can battle as a training execise comes along.
Ralts: Ralts!!! Ral Ralts! (translation: Alright, I'm ready for my first battle!)
Budew: Bud... Budew bud dew...! (translation: I hope I'm ready for this, but I think I can do it...)
Amaya: You'll do fine, Budew. Glad to see that your so excited, Ralts.

So they laid down in the grass and waited...

::It wasn't very long until you hear a noise from the bush which you had picked the berries a munching sound as if something or someone on the other side was picking them and or eating them. You wonder what or who was in the bush and if it was a pokemon or something else. Ralts was ready for whatever it was and would battle it if it was a pokemon, while Budew was a little scared of the thing munching and picking the berry bush as you try to comfort the little pokemon and you go forward to investigate what was in the bush.::

Ratls dashes over to the bush while Budew goes towards it slowly.

Budew: Bud... dew... (translation: I'm scared...)
Amaya: It's alright. You'll be fine.

She goes over and picks Budew up and cradles her for a second before carrying her to the bush. She puts Budew doen and then she pushes the leaves aside and sees a...

::As you move the bush aside you see a small wild duck who wields a small baton it was a wild Farfetch'd who was eating up some ofthe berries on the other side and now discovered was aiming for a battle with its new intruders to its meal. For he was only enjoying the lovely berries which they had picked earlier andthe fragrance from them was so temptingto this duck as it waddled around.::

Amaya: Alright, let's go guys! Time for your first battle! Ralts, use Confusion, and Budew follow up Ralts attack with your Absorb!

They attack the wild Farfetch'd, beggining the battle...

ooc: if there is two pokemon then both can battle, but only one cause there is only one. And don't worry its alright!

IC:
::The Farfetch'd is surprised by the Ralts attack of Confusion as it isbounced backwards it obliged with it countering with Tackle as it rushed forwards to hit the ralts as it hit it didn't do much harm against the ralts, but it was enough to make a response. As it awaits to see what its reaction to it would be...::

OOC: sorry bout that! Lolz, I'm not thinking right today XD Oh, and after this battle I'll give them nicknames and be done with training, then I'll move to do something else, like catch a wild Pokemon, or something random...

IC:Amaya: Nice hit Ralts! Now, use Growl to lower it's attack and follow up with Confusion!

OOC: I can use two moves in a post, right? Just curious... Again with my spaziness, lolz.

IC: Ralts growls to lower the wild Pokemon's attack, and then concetrates on it and uses Confusion...

ooc: I'll make it work!

IC:
::The Ralts was excited that he was able to get his shot off and hiting it right on the nose. aS it growled lowering the farfetch'ds attack as it used Gust in response as it flapped its tiny wings to create a tiny gale that was aimed at the ralts which hit not making much leeway as it responded with yet another Confusion as the wild pokemon dodged the attack and was able to not get hit by any of the after effects as it replied once again with yet another tackle, but just like him the rals was ableto dodge the attack as the duck ran past the pokemon.::

OOC: Thanks! I try to be fair in battles . It's not always the easiest thing to do though . Is it hard being and Admin and having to be fair all the time?

IC:
Amaya was ecstatic that her Ralts was doing so good in his first battle! She had trouble keeping calm as she wanted to jump for joy, but she held it in.

Amaya: That was great dodging Ralts! Now, try to hit it with Confusion once more!

Ralts seemed excited, yet somewhat tired from the Tackle and Gust that he took, but not much as they hadn't hurt him much, as it tried to attack once more...

ooc: uh.. at times yeah, but I'm easy to please others and even though I'm on alot cause of beingthe only one constantly on ya know?

IC:
::As the farfetch'd was ready for something as it was hit by the full power of the psychic energy that was thrusted towards him. AS it hit cutting him of more energy it was bounced backwards and climbed up and this time he was starting to get a little disorganized as it tried to use gust once more, but for some reason was lost for power or something?::

OOC: Yeah, I can understand how that would be difficult ...

IC:

Ralts was getting excited about this, it looked like he was going to win.

Amaya: Okay, Ralts that was an awesome hit! It looks like it's almost finished! Let's use another Confusion!

Ralts attacked and...

::The ralts was able to get it off and the Farfetch'd was to confused to dodge it fast enough as it got hit once more by the hit and was rendered completely and utterly confused and it finally crumpled where it stood for you had worn it to exhaustion Ralts was able to get a level by beating the Farfetch'd. The next time it would probably Budew's turn to take a wake at a pokemon who knows?::

Amaya: Yes! You did an awesome job Ralts!

Ralts jumped into her arms and she hugged him.

Amaya: Ralts, Budew, how do you two feel about getting nicknames? Ralts, I'll call you Feelers and Budew, your name will be Rosa. Now, Rosa, I will let you battle sometime, but we should now get going and try to get more friends for you guys, kay? How do you feel about that?
Feelers: Ralts!!! Ral ral! Ralts ral ral ral!!!!!(translation: Yay! Thank you for the nickname and I am happy that I won my first battle! Mabye I could beat the first gym leader!)
Rosa: Bud! Dew budew! Budew...(translation: Yay! Thank you! I can't wait for my first battle! I'm kinda scared, though...)

and so, Amaya, Feelers, and Rosa swam away through the pond, this time with Rosa and Feelers on Amaya's back, to catch a new Pokemon to join the team of three.

OOC: Does this mean post closed? I might be coming back to it for more training... I'm kinda new to forums, lolz .

(Uh... we could make it partially closed that way if you come gback to it it'll be opened yet again okay?_
