A home in the dark

Selene walked through the cave. She loved the cold and the dark. Her shuppet's eyes were glowing so it lit the way but she could see in the dark. The cave was worm today. She wanted to catch a pokemon or at least train shuppet. " You ready shuppet?" the pokemon let out a calming sound. She herd a rock move behind her. "Whos there!"

::Behind you in the calm darkness of the cave something rolled lobbing itself your way. As it was just minding its business it saw you and rose an attack crying "Geo! Dude!" as it roled in an attack formation. Will your shuppet attack back or will you run to fight anotherday?::

"go shuppet! Attack now! Use nighshade!" She laughed he evil laugh and steped back in the darkness. The shuppet did the same. She was going for a surprise attack.

::The Geodude was struck by something it had no idea of what it was as the invisible negative energy hit him as it drained his energy for a mere slight. It tried again as this time using "Rock Throw" as it threw rocks towards the enemy hoping this would do some effect to it!::

The rocks passed harmlessly through the ghost pokemon. " Now use shadow ball!" Shuppets eyes glowed with dark energy.

::As the geodude awaited its demise the shuppet smiled as it formed a ball full of dark shadow which in itself was negative energy once again as it pulled it clear out of the void aiming it at the little rock based pokemon it saw this and knew that it wasn't going to be good and so it tried to move out of the way and did just barely dodging a bullet as it passed him and hit one of the rocks behind him. It looked at the shadow and used defense curl to make its defense higher as it put its arms around its body and sat there gaining defense.::

" Shuppet combine the two! Use the technique we learned!" Shuppet shot into the air making a circle if shadow balls the shot nightshade right through the center. With the balls surrounding the Geodude it couldn't escape. The dark shadow joined with the balls of darkness, engulfing the Geodude in dark power.

::The Geodude did not likethis at all as the dark balls surrounded him with night shade at bay. It was hypnotized by the circling ones and didn't see the night shade until it struck. It bounced back and used Defense Curl hoping to get some defense, but before it was even able to start the shadow ball struck it as well. it finally fainted from the duo blows and Shuppet gained a level for winning. Will you continue looking for pokemon or will you merely just move through the cave unheard?::

Selene searched for more pokemon, hoping to find some ghosts to add to her collection.

::You continue down the cold hollow halls of the cave as you look around tryingto find what you are in search of looking to andfro you saw something rise in front of you a giant iron snake or is it just a rock formation? Will you find out or will you run to try and search for something else?::

"Shuppet use night shade! Wrap it in darkness!" She drifted into the darkness and laughed,

::As the night shade came into affect and you thinking you had the upper hand on this situation the rock snake was no longer there now there was a Shuppet as well, but was it a true shuppet or maybe something else? As it attacked using the same attack asthe Night shade came back effecting the true shuppet it had taken hold and taken some of the energy from it.::

Shupet! Shaddow ball with night shade! Surround it!" As the pokemon was being trapped Selene got a great ball ready. " Shuppet close in on it! You got it!"

::For some reason even when it being trapped it was able to send thecopy of what was just sent to it as now Shupet was trapped as well as Shadow ball and Night Shade surrounded both was this a real shupet or was it something else? As you get ready to still capture it...::

"This is not natural! I must study what this is! Great ball! Go!"

::The pokeball flies forth and hits the pokemon on the head as it is consumed into the great ball. Now it sits there in the dark making a metronome of a sound and shifting back and forth. As you and your Shuppet wait patiently to see what it was.....

Finally after great anticipation you hear the metronome die away and a click replaced it as the light went dim from the ball and you both wher happy to of caught something, but is it a shuppet or is it something that can copy itself? Will you let your new pokemon out to see its true form?::

"Come out whatever you are!"

::As the pokebal is opened a white light illuminates thecave for a brief moment as something explodes out of it with a red light turning it from gas to solid in a quickness of a second as you see a pink blob like creature sitting right in front of you as it looks at you ith black orbs.
