Description: He’s 5’10”very his eye colour is white but tends to change constantly and can reflect colours really well. He has a few Freckles. He wears a orange hooded top with red trousers and baby blue shoes. He would always wear clothes that would look normal but protect him from certain type of elements. He has small scars and burns on his body but lies when his asked about it unless it’s with a stranger.

History:

His family life was normal in Lavender Town, his mother Esme was a Pokémon Nurse but not part of the Nurse Joy family, she looked more like a Officer Jenny due to her grandmother. His Father Taylor works as a Pokémon Ranger and is looked up by his peers. Savion was given a houndor from his mother on his 14th birthday as she wanted her child to be encouraged to do something practical instead of being bombard with books to learn about Pokémon the hard way. Within A month of battling wild pokemon, Savion and Houndor accidently got lost in the woods and found a group of pichu and its evolution family.

Savion and Houndor saw one of the baby Pichu’s evolving into it’s next stage. Before it could fully evolve a shiny raichu slammed the pichu’s back causing Pichu to somehow stop evolving but left it with a glowing white scar across his back and stomach. When the rest of the Pokémon tried to help the pichu, the raichu was going to stomp the pichu’s back after kicking it. The group left the pichu behind as when they went to touch the pichu it would go in a rage. Savion managed to reason with the Pokémon by using his own tactics which worked. He also found a way to clam the pichu’s nerves by wrapping silk around the white glows.

His father brought him a milotic to encourage him to be a Ranger but Savion didn’t want that but couldn’t tell him as his father would of wanted it back. He caught eevee and vulpix in a 2 on t2 battle with his milotic and houndor. As Pichu’s nerves got worse by day to day, he lashed out on many Pokémon who were pets, or a trainer’s Pokémon. Eventually at one of the Pokémon Centres he was told that the Pokémon should be put down, as Pichu was accused of trying to kill a maril and a Pichu but only a Nurse Joy and officer Jenny saw it. Savion refused to and decided not to but that only lead into more trouble, as they now thought that he shouldn’t have any Pokémon of his own. This only angered him, to make matters worse many officers tried to hold him down but his Pokémon aided him. The young trainer escaped with an Officer Jenny’s bike to flee from the Arcanine’s speed.

He decided to head to Pallet Town to rent a house and to re-start his journey. What he doesn’t know is that the Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny (who accused him) are part of (Team Rocket) but they want to frame Savion and his Pokémon by all means possible but not to battle him as it would be too obvious, so that he would loose them forever and would be forced by them to join Team Rocket. He captured a Mawile that was outside his house

Personality: He is very good with treating sick Pokémon as he hopes he wouldn’t want to go to a Poke’mon centre. He believes that all Pokémon are all different and would disagree completely with books and his Poke’dex about the attitude of them, he’s sees it as stereotyping, especially when his up to a difficult challenge (e.g pichu). Laid back unless the problem is serious., he can be forgetful at times so he keeps references of different places to keep track of where he’s going and what he’s done he writes down the places he’s been to. He’s committed to his work. He would be seen smiling mostly when walking around. Prefers to do things by himself especially when he has to reason with his pichu.

Lazerus looks upon his office and sees a piece of paper on his desk. It seems to be a profile application as he pours over it looking deeply into it as he reads carefully....After great consideration he finally makes his decision and takes up his symbol and a ink pad as he puts upon it............

As Savion waited patiently in a chair in the office for his application to be accepted…or denied, in the office. The nerves showed upon his face. When he saw Lazerus stop writing he went immediately towards the desk was the application become accepted he felt relaxed “Um thanks I got in… so do I have too get a tour around the place or learn more about Team Silver Spark?
