History: He is an orphan. Shia's parents were killed in a team galactic attack. His parents were former members of the old sinnoh elite four. His parent's pokemon were ice and water types, and he says hes gonna carry on their legacy. His cousin is the current snowpoint city gym leader, and he traveled with her when he was 8. At 10 He was given a sneasel egg for his birthday from her. When the egg hatched, him and sneasel became inseperable. his adoptive parents worried about him, and gave him permission to become a trainer at 13. Till then the bond with him and Sneasel grew. Then, his 13th birthday came, and he started his journey. He is currently waiting for the feebass to show up at a nearby lake.
Personality: Shia is very funny and fun. He loves to make people laugh, but hates it when people get mad at him. He is very caring for his pokemon and his friends.
