::The receptionist just went back to her work and thought none of it as you walked back to the door in which the great professor was doing some paperwork on the computer might of been checking his email who knows? As he hears footsteps coming towards him as he looks up and then hears the question which was asked of him wondering if he was busy or not. That was when he answered saying, "No not terrible busy who is it?" He inquires wondering with curiousity whom it was sure he was awaiting a trainer, but to who it was he had no notice of so he is silent until you answer his question.::

Ian walks down the hallway seeing the same door. Then, at the end of the hallway he sees a different door painted a different color. Ian knows this is Professor Oak's room. That or the fact the door says: Prof. Oak's lab. "Now Absol, Professor Oak is a nice man. He won't hurt you." Ian knocks on the door not knowing it's cracked. The door opens with Oak on his computer. It looks like he's checking his mail. "Oak, are you busy?

::You disappear from your house in which was the question if there was a parent there and if there was, was probably off to work anyways you put a note saying where you whre going. And so you started on your way passing the places of business of Pallet. Passing everything from other houses with other families to local shops that is until finally with your friend beside you being protective enough you come towards a stone gray building which loomed not to far from whre you whre walking up to it you put a hand up to knock, but at the same time the door had opened.

A girl with blonde hair and glasses was exiting the lab she looked like just another trainer who had either been there for some advice or she was there to get her first pokemon which you already had not needing another at that time. And so with that you entered the lab knowing that it looked like Oak was expecting trainers to come in. As you see the inside and your absol presses itself closer towards you as if to protect you more than itself. Which apparently you didn't like and it could read it off of you as it gave you some minor space, but still staying close. You walk seeing the inside as there are a few bookcases lined up with books on anything and almost everything on pokemon some by the great professor, some not. Tables laidened with books and other materials as assistants who where helping with research and other one was more like a desk it was where the receptionist hung around taking calls for the busy professor who had just gotten done with an appointment with yet another new trainer.

"Hello! Are you here to see Professor Oak as well?" She asks you as she consults a paperclip that seemed to have some appointments already penciled in as you see your name on there for around about that time. Although she did not have a picture of you and so it seemed like you had to give your name and some trainers did get off on just walking in some had been called upon by this girl for the prof. and head researcher of that region. You see a hall leading back to the left of this desk a sign on a wall blue placard and big bold white letters saying the following "Restrooms" which had a arrow pointing at a 90 degree angle where another said "Professor Oak" and had a straight arrow pointing straight up which meant straight back.::

Ian wakes up around the usual time he wakes up: 2:00. He gets out of bed and notices his absol peacefully sleeping at the foot of the bed. Ian goes downstairs, inters the kitchen, grabs an energy drink, and pours some pokemon food in a bowl. Absol hears the clatter of the food hitting the bowl and rushes downstairs. There he scarfs down the food. "Eat up buddy, 'cause today we're getting a new friend." Absol growls and tackles Ian. "Whoa there. Look i'm sorry, but we need to get a new pokemon. We can't just go rush into the Pokemon League with just 1 pokemon. Absol walks away and eats the rest of the food. After Absol finishes, they exit their house and walk towards Professor Oak's lab. "Now Absol, there's no need to be protective, nobody is going to hurt you. These pokemon are friendly. They won't attack you or me." Ian knocks the door.
