Quietly, the young woman sneaked through the house, her Eevee, named Twilight, perched on her shoulder. As much as she would have loved to put the little pokemon in a pokeball, she had neither want nor need to do so. She had wanted to do this or so long now, and she soon would be out having adventures of her own, her and Twilight both. She knew that she should visit Professor Oak before leaving too, he may be able to give her some pointers.
"Ee eevee?" The eevee questioned as she felt her companion stop. She then licked Rui's face and nudged her. Rui giggled and stroked the tawny head as she started again. She wasn't wanting to waste her time now, not on such a day. Now... she wondered what would happen in the future. She grabbed her bag from the chair that she had left there the night before. Two changes of clothes, and other items that she needed, she opened her own little addition to the bag's design and the Eevee disappeared inside to nibble on the pokesnacks that had been packed.
She eventually reached the lab and puched open the door and entered. "Hello, Professor Oak!" She shouted, hoping that the Professor was close.
