Nicole's first training

Nicole walked out of the lab, going to the field. She let Lightning out of the pokeball. "Come on let's find us a pokemon to catch or battle!" Nicole said with happiness.

The new pokemon pops out of its pokeball and looks around the training area.

Nicole looks around the field, happy to begin her training. "Come on Lightning." Nicole said as she walked around. Lightning followed.

Lightning looked around the area again while following then the pokemon suddeny turns to the right to see a pidge land not to far away.

"Come on Lightning let's attack it before it sees us." Nicole said smiling. "Lightning use ember!" She said waiting for the pokemon use the move.

The pokemon does ember hitting the bird pokemon, throwing the bird pokemon back, but recovers and uses gust.

"Lightning Dodge!" Nicole yelled. "Counter with ember again!"
She watched as the pokemon dodged the attack and attacked again.

Lightning's other attack hits yet again and the pidge flys back, weak from the attacks.

"Good job lightning!" Nicole yelled as she took a pokeball out of her bag. She pushed the botton and threw it. "Let's get some good luck on our side, eh Lightning?" Nicole smiled.

The Pidgey is hit and the pokeball sifts around until a loud click is heared and the pokeball setlles.

"Whoo!" Nicole yelled as she bent down to pick the pokeball up.
"Mmmmm, are you a boy or a girl?" Nicole said thinking out loud. "What moves do you have?"

The Pidgey is a girl and knows tackle and sand attack. It is at Lv. 4

Nicole thinks for a second.
"Hmmmm, I think I'll call you, Cotton." Nicole said smiling puting the pokeball in the bag.
