Description: Lowell has a tall, average build, with medium-length brown hair that comes down slightly past his ears. He has blue-green eyes, small(-ish) hands and feet, and a birthmark on the top of his thumb.
Hometown: Lowell was born and raised in Olivine City. When he was 13, they moved to Cerulean City, where he has lived for the past two years.
History: Lowell is an only child, born into an upper-middle class family in Olivine City. His parents worked for the Johto branch of Hoenn's Devon Corporation, and kept a number of Pokemon at the house, including their prized Poliwhirl. Lowell aspires to be a famous Pokemon researcher, and so has caught a ride to Pallet Town to get his own Pokemon...
Personality: Lowell is a nice, happy person, who enjoys studying and researching Pokemon.
