The Water City CLOSED

He entered the building which seemed to be the place of the Gym which belond to no other than Misty the one who had demand of the water. He was ready and he beleved that his pokemon whee ready as well. He approached her and saw her beauty for it was fair, but he wasn't there to hook-up with Misty he was there to battle her. "I request an audience with you I also request a battle!" He called to her.

Misty pulls out a pokeball. "A battle huh? Challenge accepted!" The gym leader sends out a Starmie, waiting for your pokemon.

He decided to start things up with one of his top ones he thre out the one which held Horsea aka Sea. She sat in the water awaiting for the battle to comnse.

Starmie uses a normal watergun on Sea. Trying to estimate how powerfull this pokemon was.

Sea avoids the attack by diving underwater and comes up after the attack. John calls out "Good job Sea now let's start with a Hail attack!" As Sea makes a hailstorm form within the battle area. Hard pieces of ice and balls of snow came showering down to the two.

Starmie is barly hurt by the attack and uses tackle.

Sea tries to evade the attack, but is to slow and gets hit hard. She decides to retaliate with her own Tackle she barreled down on the starmie hoping to injure it as badly as she had done her. The water seemed to flow through her slender body as she raced towards the giant star shaped pokemon.

Starmie moves to the side and is barly hit by the attack, the star pokemon quickly uses water gun.

Sea uses her own Water gun just in time to head off the one that was sho at her. She sustains the attack for quite awhile until she can't hold it any longer and just dives out of the way of the attack. She now used Hail once more, but the hailstorm is still going and the attack is continued.

Starmie, though slowly being hurt by hail uses another water gun on Sea.

Sea sees the attack coming for her and dived underneath as to avoid the attack whihc after wards shot off a Bubblebeam a aray of bubbles collected into a single beam carried towards the duostar shaped pokemon. Sea knew that it wouldn' do much damage, but hoped that it helped her. in the process.

The attack hits and pushes Starmie back it uses another tackle on the water pokemon.

Sea is hurt by the powerful attack she is Ko'd by the power of the attack. "Sea return you deserve a nice rest" as john puts the pokeball close to his face. He puts away the pokeball and brings out his pride and joy. "Flame come on out!" he yelled as he threw the pokeball containing the Charmeleon inside he pops out ready for battle. "alriht Flame let's start with a nice Fire Spin!"
Flaem: "Oh yeah I like that! hahaha!: he says which comes out in a bunch of "charchar" and other variations.
The flame explodes out of his mouth and surrounds the area with the vortex of the powerful fire spin making it feel like a sauna in there.

Starmie swims under the water then comes up from behind and uses water gun on the fire pokemon.

The attack injures him, but he uses the second that the pokemon is up to use Flamethrower which is ne of his most powerful attacks right into the pokemon.

The attack hits and badly burns the water pokemon, it swims under the water again before rising to attack, this time with bubble beam.

Flame jumps from the tiny piece of land and jumps to another just barely avoiding the attack which would of ended him. He unleashes a horrible rage attack at her thus running and jumping hitting her and landing back in his original spot where he had begun.

OOC: Good? Hope not out of bounds?

OCC: Its fine.

Starmie is hit with such force that its KO'd. Misty returns the pokemon and sends out a Corsola.

OOC: Not to be a pain, but its actually "Corsola" from what i've sen it spelt, but you did good

IC:
"Alright Flame be ready this one will probably have a mirror coat or something of that."
He answers in a deep gruffly voice "Char" as if it understood. He got ready for any atack that would come his way. A fire spin would do in his favor cause it would blcok them into a vortex thus leaving it just to the two of them. Yet he awaited and let the newbie go first as he stood there with a serious yet calm face towards Misty and the Corsola.

Corsola quickly uses harden. Might as well play it safe. The pink pokemon had a feeling that this battle would be hard.

"Don't go easy on it Flame!" John said outloud
Flame: "Char!" he cried in an announced dep growl of a voice meaning that he wasn't going easy for no one!
He started off with Fire Spin whih incased them in a fiery vortex which would heat up the water and possibly drain the Corsola's health from it. He loved the hat that was surrounding them its golden firelight cascading over the water making it seem like it was made out of gold the pieces of earth that where in the water for pokemon such like him where a golden brown it felt like a comfortable sauna inside the gym as the feeling went from inside the vortex to the stretch of the building heating everything up to a comfortable level.

Corsola feels the extreme heat and quickly uses watergun to clear out some fire, letting the pink pokemon jump into the water.

The water gun makes a hole in the fire spin for the corsola to enter now they where both trapped in there and flame even though out matched in element feels confident in himself for he had beaten all of his trainer's pokemon and this was good and he was ready. He was also glad that he wasn't left for last and that there was expendables at least that is what he thought of them. He glared at the pink pokemon thus despising the color that the pokemon was he wanted to change that color for her, but that would be despicable of him! He used Flamethrower aimed at the pokemon the red and gold flames aimed towards the pokemon in the water the heat was rising off of the attack as it traveled towards.

OOC: descriptive enough?

OCC: Very.

IC: Corsola sees the attack, but doesn't have enough time to avoid. The small pokemon is hit directly by the attack, landing on dry land, the pokemon stands on its feet and uses another water gun.

The reptile named flame saw the water gun aimed for him as the spurt of water traveled across to where it lands only being a drip for the heat had evapoated it by the time it got to him cause of the Fire Spin still containing the both of them. Still the single drop injured him for it was water. Seeing that the pokemon was on ground and not in the water saw taht it was like a beached whale and couldn't move just like him. He had a glance like "alright" on him and jumpedd to a closer piece of land so as to be closer and do more damage. He was now almost next to her and used Rage propelling himself towards the pokemon he ran as if he was running on water .

The attack hits with great force. since Corsola couldn't move fast on land. The smaller pokemon is thrown back. KO'd. Misty returns the pokemon and sends out Staryu.

Johnny sees that Flame was looking a little tired he took out his pokeball and called "Flame Return!" but for some reason the beam missed him as if to say Flame was NOT going to returned unless he was KO'd and it didn't look like it would be awhile he was tired, but he wasn't beaten. He awaited for the attack to be done from the star pokemon for he wanted to see what this one could do. The fire spin had died out cause of the disappear of the pokemon and it had played out the place still felt like a sauna though. The water was nice and warm to the touch. Jouhnny stood there disappointed in his loyalist pokemon he had ever had and it seemed like he was acting out. "Alright then you ungrateful brat go ahead let's see how long you survive this one!" As he let the pokemon battle and see what it would give him win or defeat he was going to be desciplined afterwards possibly.

Staryu quickly takes advanage of the first move. It quickly sends out a blast of water, knowing that it would beat this fire pokemon. Who was weak against its type.

Flame sees the attack coming his way and moves an inch away from wince it was it aiming for thus making it miss him. Now it was his turn to see the capability of his attacks. He started off with a Flamethrower the red and yellow hot flames arose towards the star pokemon it looked like it would hit him square in the midle of his body.

The attack hits, but barly does anything, the water pokemon then uses swift, and shoots out bright gold stars at Flame

The attack hits him for it was an attack that was unavoidable he did try his best, but no go. He wondered how good another Fire Spin would do? As he thought it he used it the Fire Spin incasing the two in the arena and making it hot inside it felt like they had dived into a sauna once more. He knew it wouldn't do much damage, but it would drain the pokemon in time making it easier to KO this one, but all in time!

The attack hits directly. Staryu is thrown back but lands safely into the aqua clear water. It jumps up again and counters the fire spin with water gun.

The water gun clear as the water that was surrounding him the attack came towards him this time he didn't act fast enough to dodge the attack. It hits as he takes the hit with honor and stands his groun on the piece of earth which was suspended in the middle of the earth as an island. He knew that he couldn't use Rage for it would injur him more than injuring it he thought?? Finally he fired a Flamethrower hot as day right at the staryu which heated up the water which was surrounding it. The red and yellow flames carried across just about to run smack into the staryu that was in its path.

Staryu avoids the attack, insteed of using another water attack it uses tackle.

The tackle does some damage, but now he had the staryu out of the water and could do a "Rage" for his blood was boiling for this creature had avoided two of his attacks. He spurred forward in a rage as the staryu was on the piece of land. In the charmeleon's eyes a fire shines inside for it was frustrated and in a rage to boot. IF he could he would attack if it was in the water either way for the other ways weren't going so well.

The attack hits, but it pushes both Flame and Staryu into the water, Staryu has no problem swiming away, Flame would have some serious problems though.

In the water Flame was having some difficulty for he had done the damage now though was the problem of getting back out of the water or else he'd be done for. Right now he wished he had some wings that way he'd get out faster, but did his best of getting back to the island. Finally by the time he had gotten there he was growing weak for the water had done a number on him and he had behumbled himself and was n't so high and mighty. He looked at the Staryu then to his trainer for a hint of what to do even though he was getting ready to throw the towel soon, but didn't want to at the same time...

Staryu sees that Flame is growing weaker, but the water pokemon wasn't in the best shape either. It sends out swift. Hoping to silence the fire pokemon.

As the swift comes toward him he lets out a Flamethrower hoping to stop it in its tracks and to hit the staryu as well for he knew that they would both either cancel each other out or one would reign supreme. So the flames and stars connect in the middle trapped in suspension in wonder of which would prevail.

Flamethrower and swift both hit, but on stray star manages around the fire, aimed right at Flame.

Flame is hist sqarely with teh swift he had gone down fighting courageously he was down for the count KO'd and John with a frown for he knew this is what would of happened either way. So he brought out his pokeball and finally returned Flame his prized pokemon and pocketed it. Now knowing that the staryu was weakened a good size he was going to bring out his newest little jewel. As he throws it out an explosion happens and a small pokemon that looked weird. Hhe called out "Bug come on out!" and now it was the Chinchou's turn and this one had a good chance for it had only one yet good attack that would devastate most wtaer pokemon. For it had an Electric Attack. Which would be saved for a later time. "Bug use Water Gun" He said knowing that this wouldn't do much damage for it was now water versus water.

The attack hits and Staryu quickly uses its own watergun.

The water gun hit the tiny pokemon and she fell into the water which could, no would be its safe haven as she fell in to use it with her attack as she let loose a Spark attack at the staryu hoping that it would strike true and injure nicely.

::The spark attack hits and does damage that shows as the level of life escape from the saryu, but it counters with Water Gun as it goes forward to hit::

Bug tries to escape the water gun, but as it goes over hershe dives underneath submerging herself in the watery depths hopefully to surprise the opponent and do a good attack on it as well.

:: The staryu is thankful for hitting it, but at the same time is confused for there wasn't any trace of the pokemon had it of been knocked out so easily? As it wonders staying there in confusion.::

Bug reveals herself from the watery depths and hits the staryu with a close-up spark that is critical as the yellow line of electricity go forward and shcoks the pokemon.

::The attack hits and is critical as staryu is flung out of the water and bug is still in and the pokemon is knocked out. Misty disappointed in not taking this one out congratulates you and gives you the Cascade Badge and winnings of $1400 for defeating the Gym Master.::

John is surprised that bug was able to take out the gym leader as he takes her pokeball out and points it at her as she is pulled back into the pokeball "Good Job Bug you did good and you deserve a good rest!" He said for she had done superbly and had gained a level or two for she was a young pokemon and had succeded putting forth that so much effort. As he leaves the Pokemon Gym with his new badge and new experience.
