Could you be more precise on your app. Try to make things as long as you can and describe and go more in depth in everything. Also if you don't have anything for History just leave it blank cause "?"s you don't need to put that if you don't have anything at all in there.

the App is suppose to be in the joining board, but this is how it should go...

Name: Something that sounds realistic
Age 12-16
Gender: Male/Female
Description: Describe yourself the best you can at least two to three lines.
Personality: What your character is like and try to make it like your trying to explain your own personality, but its the characters!
History: (Optional) Your trainer before and if you have a starter how you came into contact with that pokemon.
Pokemon Team: Mostly upto the admins., but you can give a starter pokemon to have if you wish to have one.
