Description: Jaycee is a boy with long curly hair which would usually form an afro, but as a means of not receiving unwanted attention is kept in a ponytail with a hat placed backwards in an attempt to appear edgy. He is mostly ambivolent toward new people, but attempts to be welcoming so that he would in turn hopefully be welcomed by others.
Hometown: He is originally from Jubilife City, but one day his father came home and told them that for some reason their family was no longer welcome there.
History: He was born and raised in Jubilife City and helped the local Pokemon Center care for sick and injured pokemon. The nurses showed their appreciation of his help by giving him a newborn Cyndaquil. His mom went missing a month after he was born, so he lived alone with his father. After being forced to leave Jubilife City him and his father moved to Pallet Town in the Kantoh Region.
Personality: He doesn't usually attempt to talk to new people, but mostly greets people with a smile rather than with words. Once he has friends he tries his best to remain close with them.
