Outside of Pallet... CLOSED

The rain was over now, and the ground was soft and muddy. Karasu was eager to test his new pokemon's ability and found a small clearing for him to train. He let Squirtle out and it looked around, eagerly expecting another pokemon or trainer. "Before you battle anything alive, I'm going to need to test your abilities. Try hitting that rock with a tackle."

::Your squirtle uses a perfect tackle on the rock that was before him. Running fast bulldozing into the rock it split in pieces crumbled by the squirtle's weight. He had done what his trainer had asked him to do. As it fel confident and a little cocky he picked a bigger rock to tackle this one wasn't so giving as the last and injured itself which made him notice that he was strong for little rocks, but not strong enough for boulders as of yet.::

Karasu walks towards his Squirtle and sighs. "You must remember that your still a low level. Your not yet strong enough to go into battle without my command. From the side lines, I can usually analyze the battle and opponent better than you can." Karasu helps Squirtle up. "Are you alright?..."

::The squirtle in its own language had said that it was alright, but all that was uttered was "Squirtle squirt!" which was translated into that he was alright even though it sounded a litle disappointed for it was still only a low level, but he awaited to see what to train on next what task his master would give him to carry out.

As you see stones in a local small river it looks like if squirtle would use tackle on the rocks to move them to make a bridge for the both of you to travel on. Even though there was very low level water pokemon in this river as well. Mostly Magikarp and Chinchow and such like tose.::

Karasu had remembered this river as he had waded through it on his way here. The rain had made the river too deep to wade through now and the only way across was the rocks. "Squirtle, use tackle to move those rocks into a bridge for me to get across. Also, if you feel you are ready, you may get the attention of a weak looking pokemon in the water." Karasu moved to the bank of the river and waited for Squirtle.

::Squirtle was obliged to o as he was told as he started to hi the rocks into a perfect stepping stone bridge for the both of them to cross he had gotten half way when he was spotted by an unsuspecting Magikarp that seemed to be just passing by. It saw the squirtleand the squirtle saw it as well. And so they battled the magikarp starting with a splash which did no efect at all, but all squirtle had to do was use a couple tackles and the pokemon was KO'd. He continued on building the stepping stone bridge for them to cross when another magikarp saw him and he defeated thatone the same way. Finally finishing the bridge for them to step on to cross he came back and came to find that he had gained a whole level while doing the two battles and making the bridge as well. So now he awaited for them to cross the river with great caution for the rocks could of gotten wet and slippery yet still.::

OOC: How much do we start out with?

IC: "That was good... you've gotten stronger." Karasu returned Squirtle and crossed the makeshift bridge, nearly slipping at one point, and headed towards Viridian City. It was getting dark out as he walked through the muddy pathway, observing the pokemon crawling into their nests and burrows to get a nights rest, and also trying not to get the attention of any nocturnal pokemon that are waking up to hunt. At last he could see the Pokemon Center in the distance.
