Riolu's Road to Lucario

Just as Sean walked into the Training Arena he made a punching bag with his psychic powers.
"Ok.Riolu use Quick Attack and combine it with Tackle and finish with Cut!"yelled Sean.
Then Riolu ran up quickly tackled it then cut it.
"Good job Riolu."yelled Sean.
"Ok now Tackle then use Cut!'yelled Sean.
Riolu tackled the bag then cut it leave a open spot.
Then Sean fixed it with his powers.
"Good now try using Quick Attack with Cut.
Sean ran up punched the bag then cut it.
Sean then made alot of skinny trees.
They were surronding Riolu.
"Cut quickly!"yelled Sean.
Riolu suddenly started running in circles using Cut on every tree.
They all fell down,all broken in half.
"Good that's all."yelled Sean.

::Riolu seemed to of been getting stronger and a little bit more faster. It was successful at the tasks that where already asked of it. As it tackled, and cut, adn even used its Quick Attack eventally now however you needed to get its speed more up to par then his attack for it had a great success at that. Question is what will you think up of how to make it go faster?::
