Lowell: Gym #3!

After preparing his Pokemon, Lowell walks over to the Vermillion Gym. He enters the Gym and looks around for the Gym Leader.

Surge turns to the new commer. "have you come here to fight?"

"Yes, I've got my Pokemon trained and ready. I hope there wasn't any damage done to the Gym by Team Rocket." Lowell says.

"So your the one that helped get rid of them? This should be a fun fight. And the gym is just fine. So lets fight. Raichu! I chose you!" Shurge summon the Raichu who waited for your next move.

"OK, let's do this! Go, Bonsly!" Lowell releases Bonsly from his Pokeball. Bonsly hops around, eager to battle. "OK, Bonsly, use Rock Throw on Raichu!" Lowell says.

Raichu charges forward with an Iron tail, smashing through the rock. then attacks with a quick attack.

Bonsly is hit, spinning backwards, but recovers and uses another Rock Throw on Raichu.

The attack hits and throws the pokemon back, Raichu lands back onto his feet and attacks with a mega punch.

"Bonsly, counter the move with Mega Kick!" Lowell says. Bonsly rushes forward...

The two attacks meet and both are thrown back. Raichu lands on its feet and counters with another Iron tail.

Bonsly is hit again, landing hard. He gets up and runs forward again. "Bonsly, use Rock Throw!" Lowell says, and Bonsly slings the rocks at Raichu...

Raichu is hit cear in the head. Rolling the pokemon back wards, Raichu stands up, shaken. Then attacks again, this time with a quick attack.

Bonsly jumps over Raichu, landing behind him. Bonsly flies towards Raichu, using a Mega Kick.

Raichu is thrown back and slams into a wall. This time KO'd. Bonsly grows 2 levels and learns rage. Surge growls before sending out a Luxio to continue fighting.

Lowell and Bonsly are eager to keep fighting. "OK, Bonsly, use Mega Kick on that Luxio!" Lowell says.

The Luxio jumps from the attack and counters with Bite.

Bonsly takes the attack. "Bonsly, use Rock Throw before Luxio can dodge!" Lowell says. Before Luxio's Bite attack was finished, Bonsly used Rock Throw, trying to catch Luxio off-guard.

Luxio was smashed in the should by the rock but attacks, this time with a quick attack.

Bonsly is flipped across the Gym, hitting the wall. Despite being close to fainting, Bonsly gets up, eager to continue the battle. "Use Rock Throw again, Bonsly!"

Luxio avoids the attack and aims a bite at Bonsly.

Bonsly dodges the Bite attack, and aims a Mega Kick at Luxio.

Luxio is thrown back and attacks with another quick attack. Ignoring its pain.

Bonsly is hit and thrown backwards, landing on the floor hard. For a moment Bonsly is immobile, but then gets back up on his feet. "Bonsly, try using Rock Throw again!" Lowell yells to his Pokemon.

Luxio is slamed in the right shoulder by the rock, but continues another quick attack.

Bonsly is able to avoid the attack, and uses Mega Kick as Luxio passes by.

Lxio is hit hard and rolls back. KO'd. Bonsly grows another level. Shurge, this time lets out a Jolteon.

"Bonsly, you've done great, let's give you some rest!" Lowell returns the weak Bonsly to his Pokeball. "OK, Riolu, you're up!" Lowell lets Riolu out of his Pokeball. "Use Aura Sphere on Jolteon!"

The attack hits and Jolteon is thrown back, but counters with a thunder wave, making it hard for Riolu to move.

"Riolu, Agility!" Lowell says. Using Agility, Riolu speeds up a bit, close to his normal speed. he zips forward and uses Focus Punch on Jolteon.

Jolteon is smaked in the face by the attack, but Riolu is hurt by its sharp quills.

Riolu jumps back, keeping his distance from Jolteon. He unleashes another Aura Sphere at the electric Pokemon.

Jolteon rolls away from the attack and attacks with a thunder bolt.

Riolu is hit and falls down. Briefly recovering from the attack, Riolu uses Shadow Claw on Jolteon.

Jolteon is slashed by the attack but before Riolu can block it uses bite.

Riolu takes the attack, but lands on his feet. "Riolu, use Aura Sphere again!" Lowell says. Riolu jumps forward and shoots the Aura at Jolteon.

Jolteon is hit by the attack and rolls back. KO'd. Shurge returns the pokemon and sighs. "You win. here's your badge." Shurge throws you the lightning shaped badge. "Congrats."

Lowell catches the Badge and adds it to his Trainer Card. "Thanks, that was a great battle!" he says to Surge. Lowell exits the Gym and goes to the Pokemon Center, rests his Pokemon, and returns to his hotel. Lowell doesn't do much the rest of the day, and ends Day 7 as a Pokemon trainer.
